1. To manage a team of development and administrative staff to ensure the successful implementation of a programme of new development projects.
2 To manage new development projects within FHA`s development programme from feasibility to final account, supervising projects at all stages, ensuring that all schemework requirements of funding authorities and internal procedures are met.
3. To identify and exploit new business opportunities for the association, working in conjunction with the Director and Deputy Director of Development.
